Job summary

DayOne Data Centers seeks a senior delivery-focused professional to own end-to-end data center projects and ongoing service delivery. You will lead virtual teams across Sales, Design, Construction, and IT to ensure on-time, within-budget handovers and live SLA performance.

You will manage complex stakeholder expectations in Mandarin and English, driving continuous improvement and ensuring ITIL-aligned operations across APAC and Europe.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the data center industry, MEP consultancy, or construction with direct client-management exposure.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, ITIL frameworks, and SLA management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end from construction to live operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for engagement with DayOne's Mandarin-speaking client base.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers across project delivery and ongoing service operations.
• Build trust-based client relationships and act as a strategic advisor beyond delivery coordination.
• Lead data center construction and customization projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Manage SLA performance and customer satisfaction during live operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive risk mitigation in service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with procurement, audit requirements, and ITIL standards.
