Job summary

DayOne, a global leader in data infrastructure, seeks a seasoned Commissioning Manager to oversee end-to-end commissioning for multiple data centre projects in Asia and beyond.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop commissioning strategies, manage schedules and documentation, and ensure adherence to industry codes and DayOne standards. This role demands deep MEP/DC experience, strong leadership, and fluent English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in DC/MEP, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with hyperscaler T&C requirements.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning program across multiple data centre projects in the region.
• Develop and implement commissioning strategies aligned with industry best practices.
• Manage commissioning schedules and documentation to ensure on-time handover.
• Review and approve commissioning plans, test scripts, and completion documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to successful commissioning and facility handover.
• Coordinate with construction teams, vendors and operations personnel.
