Job summary

DayOne is seeking a Senior Specialist, Customer Success to lead project delivery and ongoing service operations for data center projects. You will coordinate across sales, design, construction, and operations to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in data center infrastructure, strong communication and report-writing skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin beneficial). DayOne values diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in data center infrastructure or related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL and project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery and ongoing service operations.
• Oversee services including Data Center Build-to-Suit and Hosting; manage the account lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal resources and communicate with customers to meet standards and needs.
• Lead end-to-end Data Center construction and customization projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure SLA adherence and customer satisfaction during operations; drive service improvements.
