DayOne seeks a senior delivery leader in Hong Kong to manage data center projects from construction to live operations. You will coordinate virtual delivery teams across Sales, Design, Construction, and Testing and Commissioning, ensuring service quality and adherence to SLAs.

The role requires 7+ years in data center delivery, strong ITIL knowledge, and fluency in Mandarin and English to engage DayOne's client base. DayOne offers growth, structured development, and exposure to APAC markets.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in data center, MEP consultancy, or construction with client delivery exposure.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, ITIL, and SLA management.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects from construction to live operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for client engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for customers across project delivery and ongoing service operations.
• Lead data center construction and customization projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project schedules, quality, costs, risks, and escalations to closure.
• Ensure SLAs are met and drive customer satisfaction across live operations.
