Job summary

DayOne Data Centers in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to own client outcomes from construction through live SLA performance. You will lead virtual delivery teams across Sales, Design, Construction and Testing, guiding projects end-to-end and ensuring service quality in live operations.

The role requires 7+ years in data center project delivery, strong ITIL/SLA expertise, and fluency in Mandarin and English to engage DayOne's diverse client base.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center industry with project delivery and client management experience.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, ITIL, and SLA management.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for client and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers across project delivery and ongoing service operations.
• Lead virtual delivery teams and manage the full lifecycle of data center construction and customization projects.
• Ensure SLA performance and drive continuous improvement during live service delivery.
