CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced sales brokerage professional to grow our Data Center Solutions brokerage business in Hong Kong. You will originate and close data center opportunities, advise occupiers on location and capacity, and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver market research, financial analysis, and high-quality client deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Regional exposure across Asia Pacific data center markets would be helpful.
• Innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Aufgaben

• Origin and close data center opportunities and advise on location decisions.
• Manage client expectations and secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling CBRE services to current clients.
• Compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listings or tenant representation.
• Review RFP responses and data; present real estate reports on rents, market conditions, and comparisons.
• Review contracts and participate in negotiations and due diligence.
