Job summary

Aspire Lifestyles (HK) Limited, part of International SOS, delivers premium concierge experiences to leading brands and clients in Hong Kong. This role supports luxury travelers with bespoke travel, dining and lifestyle arrangements.

You will manage multi-channel inquiries (phone, live chat, email), understand client needs, and provide tailored recommendations to strengthen loyalty and satisfaction. Requirements include strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin, hospitality or luxury service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environment; luxury brands or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
• Firsthand city knowledge for trends and events.
• Experience with international contacts for reservations.

Your Role:

• Provide high-quality personal customer services and maintain a positive experience with premium customers in a professional manner by multi-channel services such as phone, live chat and email
• Understand the needs of customers and provide tailored recommendations and services, including but not limit to travel planning, hotel & car arrangement, dining & entertainment reservations or other lifestyle enquiries from customers
• Deliver comprehensive, one-stop solutions to strengthen customer engagement
• Stay informed about the lifestyles news and trends to ensure customer receive the best-in-class experiences
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environment, luxury brands or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Firsthand city knowledge of local events and ability to spot trends nationwide
• Experience working directly with international contacts for the fulfillment of reservations
• Passion for travel, lifestyles experiences, and providing exceptional service
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Available to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Fresh Graduate is welcome
