Job summary

ProKing Executive Search Limited is seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager in Hong Kong to build deep corporate client relationships and meet revenue targets. You will market a broad range of financial products, including equities, fixed income, FX and derivatives, while providing market insights and bespoke hedging solutions.

Coordinate with the trading desk for precise execution and collaborate with research and structuring teams to tailor offerings for clients.

Qualifications

• SFC Type 1 & 4 licenses required to carry out regulated activities in Hong Kong.
• University degree or above in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or related business discipline.
• Proven experience in global markets, treasury sales, corporate banking, or institutional brokerage.
• Solid understanding of global financial markets, derivatives, and macroeconomic indicators.
• Fluent English and Mandarin; Cantonese advantageous.

Job description

1. Client Management & Product Distribution

Acquire and maintain deep, long-term relationships with corporate clients to achieve sales targets and drive business revenue.

Market and distribute a comprehensive suite of financial products, including Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange (FX), and Derivative instruments.

Provide corporate clients with timely macroeconomic trends, financial market insights, and bespoke investment or hedging solutions.

Coordinate seamlessly with the trading desk to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient execution of client orders.

Collaborate closely with internal investment research and financial structuring teams to develop targeted, innovative product offerings that meet client needs.

Job Requirements

1. Must hold valid SFC Type 1 & 4 licenses to carry out regulated activities in Hong Kong.

2. University degree or above in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or a related business discipline.

3. Proven professional experience in global markets, treasury sales, corporate banking, or institutional brokerage.

4. Solid and comprehensive understanding of global financial markets, derivative instruments, and macroeconomic indicators.

5. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to perform effectively under high pressure on a fast-paced trading floor.

6. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required. (Proficiency in Cantonese is a distinct advantage).
