Job summary

• Conduct market research focusing on Hong Kong and Mainland China luxury residential leasing and serviced apartments.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and travel may be required.

ASSISTANT ANALYTICS MANAGER – RESIDENTIAL LEASING

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various business initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in corporate strategy and business analytics.

Demonstrated ability to deliver insight-driven outputs under tight timelines and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Proven experience presenting insights to senior management (clarity and commercial interpretation).

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to look beyond the numbers to identify the story and the why behind the data.

Advanced multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong attention to detail and data organization skills; analytical, proactive, and commercially minded.

Good knowledge/experience in the real estate sector is a plus.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong ability in data visualization and report preparation.

Knowledge of AI tools, and familiarity with Salesforce and Opera, will be an advantage.

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

Support the preparation of senior management presentation materials, including designing and managing content, such as storylines and analysis frameworks.

Support business cases with analytical evidence, market metrics, and competitor benchmarking.

Analyze and visualise data to identify trends, patterns, root-cause insights, and key findings.

Ensure all reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and decision-ready.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis, focusing on Hong Kong and Mainland China luxury residential leasing and serviced apartments.

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Business trips may be required.
