Job description

LEASING OFFICER – TECHNICAL (SHOPPING MALL E&M)

Bachelor degree in Building Services Engineering / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering / Interior Design or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years' experience in shopping mall renovation, project monitoring and building maintenance in Hong Kong and Mainland

Experience gained in shopping malls and property management companies in relation to interior design and fit-out work would be an advantage

Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct technical and cost assessment on tenders/quotations/technical proposal from internal and external parties

Perform budget control for all shopping mall expenses on maintenance and renovation projects

Comment on routine shop re-layout and provide solutions for technical E&M issues

Assist in feasibility study of new shopping mall provisions/systems

Draft regular technical reports/documents
