Job summary

Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Interior Designer for shopping malls. Degree in Interior Design and at least 5 years in retail interior and graphic design required.

You will lead design review of tenants’ fitting-out plans, create interior and graphic concepts for mall upgrades, and assist in project management of renovations. English and Putonghua proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in retail interior and graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, Photoshop or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Review tenants' fitting-out plans for compliance with mall standards.
• Provide interior and graphic design for mall improvement and upgrade works.
• Assist in project management of shopping mall renovations.

Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, Photoshop or equivalent programs

Proven proficiency in English and Putonghua

Strong communication, leadership and people management capabilities

Ability to translate leasing requirements into tangible and functional design solutions

Familiar with shopping mall and retail shop operations

Responsibilities:

Review tenants' fitting-out plans for compliance with mall standards

Provide interior and graphic design for mall improvement and upgrade works

Assist in project management of shopping mall renovations
