Job summary

Cloudflare Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer (Pre-sales) to drive technical engagements, architect bespoke solutions, and demonstrate value across Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms. You will partner with Account Executives, own discovery, run PoCs, and guide customers through the lifecycle using AI-augmented workflows.

Strong English and Cantonese, plus SaaS experience, are essential for success.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Broad technical expertise spanning security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
Proven track record in quota-bearing or revenue-aligned environments.
Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English and Cantonese.
Hands-on experience with Cloudflare Developer Stack and AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Technical Validation: lead discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
Trusted Advisory: maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders through onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
Strategic Alignment: ensure long-term alignment between business goals and product roadmap.
Commercial Accountability: manage a quota and drive account growth with platform adoption.
AI Orchestration: leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks and focus on advisory.
