KOS International Holdings is seeking a driven Senior Customer Analytics & Data Science Manager to explore and implement AI-driven strategies in the personal banking sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions while ensuring regulatory alignment and risk governance.

The role emphasizes hands-on model development, vendor evaluation, and envisioning new opportunities as AI technologies evolve in financial services.

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in analytics, modelling and machine learning/AI/Generative AI, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services or FinTech is preferred.
• Knowledge of embedding techniques, RAG, prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Explore and create strategic AI solutions for personal banking by leveraging emerging AI technologies (Generative AI, RL, ML).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and refine AI models to meet objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and evaluate AI vendors for use cases and ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and AI-driven targeting strategies.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Explore and create strategic solutions and actionable recommendations for the personal banking business by leveraging emerging AI technologies (e.g. Generative & Agentic AI, Reinforcement Learning, Machine Learning)


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions


• Develop and refine AI models to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements


• Identify and evaluate suitable AI vendors for specific use cases, managing escalations to ensure deliverables and timelines are met with excellence.


• Proactively identify new business opportunities and targeting strategies powered by AI technology advancements


• Highly sensitive to the latest AI trend

Requirements:

• Degree or above with major in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related discipline


• 4 years' experience relating to analytics, modelling and machine learning/AI/Generative AI, at least 1 years of which at managerial level


• Experience in Banking, Financial Services or FinTech industry preferred


• Experience and knowledge in embedding techniques, RAG, promptings and LLM fine-tuning, involvement in search engine or recommendation system is a plus


• Experience in machine learning model/AI/Generative AI related risk and control governance is a plus


• A mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation, committed with good business sense and strong understanding of the personal banking market


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin would be a definite advantage


• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Analytics & Data Science Manager
