Job summary

PI Business Consulting Limited is seeking a seasoned AI strategist to shape the personal banking AI roadmap, leveraging Generative & Agentic AI, RL, and ML to deliver practical solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and develop AI models that meet business objectives while adhering to regulatory requirements and risk governance expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 4+ years in analytics, modelling and machine learning/AI/Generative AI, at least 1 year of which at managerial level.
• Banking, Financial Services or FinTech experience preferred.
• Experience embedding techniques, RAG, prompts and LLM fine-tuning; familiarity with search/recommendation systems a plus.
• Experience in AI-related risk and governance is a plus.
• Mature self-starter with strong business sense and market understanding of personal banking.

Responsibilities

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions, while developing and refining AI models to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

Explore and create strategic solutions and actionable recommendations for the personal banking business by leveraging emerging AI technologies (e.g. Generative & Agentic AI, Reinforcement Learning, Machine Learning)

About you

Degree or above with major in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related discipline

4 years' experience relating to analytics, modelling and machine learning/AI/Generative AI, at least 1 year of which at managerial level

Experience in Banking, Financial Services or FinTech industry preferred

Experience and knowledge in embedding techniques, RAG, promptings and LLM fine-tuning, involvement in search engine or recommendation system is a plus

Experience in machine learning model/AI/Generative AI related risk and control governance is a plus

Mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation, committed with good business sense and strong understanding of the personal banking market
