Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment partners with a fast-growing international AI company to recruit a Senior CRM & Lifecycle Manager for its Growth team. The role aims to turn CRM into a major revenue channel across a high-volume B2C product, focusing on first-purchase conversion, retention, reactivation and LTV.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving commercial impact through CRM.
• Experience in high-volume B2C with subscriptions or recurring purchases.
• Hands-on experience building segments, triggers, campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
• Ownership of first-purchase conversion and repeat monetization.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM performance across conversion, token revenue and repeat purchase frequency.
• Build and optimize customer segments, triggers, campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys.
• Drive onboarding, retention, churn prevention and LTV initiatives.
• Design and run CRM experiments to identify and scale opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement CRM initiatives and experiments.
• Analyze customer behavior and revenue to identify monetization opportunities.
• Measure CRM impact with attribution and before-and-after analyses.
• Lead or coach CRM specialists where applicable.
