Job summary

International Finance Centre Management Co Ltd is seeking a CRM and app development professional to drive loyalty programme initiatives and manage the CRM system with a focus on customer insights.

You will collaborate with marketing and external partners to grow the database, optimize VIP engagement, and coordinate digital projects from UX to launch, while monitoring budgets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Marketing, Communications or Business related discipline.
• 4+ years in CRM & app development with brand exposure.
• Strong business acumen and market insights for loyalty.
• Detail-minded with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop CRM strategies across channels and manage loyalty engagement.
• Oversee CRM system and membership database communications.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to grow the database.
• Identify VIP opportunities and co-promotions with external parties.
• Handle budgeting, analytics, reports, and cost monitoring.
• Lead digital projects for mobile/web UX, UAT and launch.
