Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking a Regional Digital Growth Manager (Retail) to drive regional CRM and e-commerce initiatives. You will own revenue and customer acquisition KPIs while aligning online activity with brand goals across markets.

You will lead customer lifecycle programs, manage email and loyalty initiatives, and collaborate with IT, marketing, and retail teams to optimise performance and conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing e-commerce and/or CRM within retail, fashion or lifestyle businesses.
• Ownership of e-commerce revenue or customer-acquisition targets with actions taken to address underperformance.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into clear commercial decisions.
• Proactive learner with ability to adapt quickly to new tools, markets and processes.
• Professional proficiency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver regional CRM and e-commerce plans with accountability for e-commerce sales and customer-acquisition KPIs.
• Establish market-level priorities and action plans covering acquisition, conversion, repeat purchase and loyalty.
• Build customer lifecycle programmes spanning prospect engagement, first purchase, repeat purchase, loyalty and reactivation.
• Manage email, membership and loyalty programmes, refining communications and offers based on customer behaviour and results.
• Oversee ongoing e-commerce optimisation including merchandising, landing pages, and conversion testing.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on UX, SEO and on-site capabilities to support personalisation and site features.
