Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited invites applications for a Full-time role in Bank-wide Operation Department. You will focus on corporate client service and relationship management for high-net-worth clients and financial institutions.

You will deliver end-to-end after-sales services, coordinate with product specialists and relationship managers, and ensure service quality while complying with regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• At least 4 years of solid corporate client service/relationship management experience in banking, with 2 years in cash management, remittance, corporate internet banking, account opening and maintenance.
• Experience in management roles or multi-banking operations is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong numerical/analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated customer contact point to deliver end-to-end after-sales services to high net worth corporate and FI clients.
• Follow up client needs, conduct case investigations and system testing to tailor services.
• Advocate for clients to drive internal departments to deliver best-in-class services.
• Implement and refine professional banking services and workflows; monitor and enhance service quality.
• Conduct regular service calls and reviews to identify improvements and opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with product specialists and relationship managers on client visits and business analytics to optimize product/service mix and revenue.
