Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or senior secretary in financial institutions.
• Must hold HKSI Licensing Examination Pass Results for Type 1 and Type 4.
• Prior RMA training and familiarity in sales cycle.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing account opening forms and compliance paperwork.
• Manage executive's calendar, including meetings and trips.
• Support creation of performance dashboards for decision-making.
