Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 15+ years in construction management with 8+ in senior leadership.
• Certifications such as HKIE, RICS, HKIS, HKICM, CIOB are highly desirable.

• Proven experience in foundation works or full‑cycle construction/project management for residential developments.
• Strong understanding of buildings ordinance, codes of practice, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
