Our client is a main contractor and one ofare principally engaged in the core construction and property development businesses with the professional capability to undertake large integrated construction projects.

About The Role

• Report to General Manager in leading the Senior Project Manager team.
• Provide leadership in the area of engineering to achieve the project objectives of growth, profitability, staff, clients, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and supervise various complex / larger scale project statuses, cost control, and project management.
• Frequent and effective liaison and communication with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and the government regularly on project progress and performance
• Ensure all construction activities have complied with contractual requirements, local Government ordinances, and relevant statutory requirements.
• Provide direction to the team and master the program, manpower, materials, and plant schedule.
• Provide technical leadership in civil engineering aspects across projects managed by own or others.

Requirement

• Chartered status with HKIE or ICE or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience in managing the delivery of government and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to articulate clear directions.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities, identify and manage risks.
