Job summary

中合置業有限公司 is seeking a seasoned Project-in-Charge to lead a team of consultants and contractors on HK residential projects. You will ensure workmanship quality, enforce value engineering, and drive progress safely and on schedule.

You will oversee the full construction life-cycle from planning to delivery, review tenders and technical submissions, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve site objectives while maintaining rigorous quality and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• 15-20 years of related experience with minimum 10 years of Project-in-charge role.
• Previous working experience with property developers or contractors on Hong Kong residential projects is a must.
• Membership of CIOB/HKIE or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and able to manage professional consultants.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
