Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building or related fields.
• Minimum 15 years in construction management with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
• Certifications such as HKIE, RICS, HKIS, HKICM, CIOB are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in foundation works or full-cycle construction management for residential developments.
• Strong understanding of buildings ordinance, codes of practice, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
