Job summary

Leadingnation seeks an experienced construction leader to oversee large-scale residential projects from inception to completion. You will drive construction management, lead a high-performing team, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires 15+ years in construction management with 8+ years in senior leadership, and professional certifications such as HKIE, RICS, HKIS, HKICM, or CIOB are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building or related fields.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
• HKIE, RICS, HKIS, HKICM, CIOB or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in foundation works or full-cycle construction/project management for residential developments.
• Strong understanding of buildings ordinance, codes of practice, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing construction team.
• Analyze financial reports and make recommendations for cost control and optimization.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status, milestones, and challenges to senior management.
