Job summary

Permasteelisa Gartner Retail is seeking a Lead Concept Designer to drive differentiated project strategies and ensure design excellence across sales, tendering, CAS and PCS engagements. You’ll work closely with the Global Retail Design and Business Development Director to steer early-stage projects and de-risk complex builds before execution.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of façade construction and several years’ experience in the façade industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to connect with clients and teams.
• Ability to translate client requirements into strategy for sales, tender and design teams.
• Willingness to travel and work internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drive differentiated project strategies and enforce technical design excellence across engagements.
• Steer early-stage projects, de-risking complex builds across design, engineering, constructability and procurement.
• Collaborate with Global Retail Design and Business Development Directors to ensure project success.
