We are seeking a visionary Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end, luxury interior projects across both bespoke residential and premium commercial environments. In this role, you will lead projects from concept to final execution, translating high-level client aspirations into timeless, impeccably crafted spaces. You will combine spatial mastery, elevated aesthetic sensibilities, and technical expertise to deliver extraordinary design solutions.
Concept & Spatial Design: Conceptualize, develop, and present compelling design direction, narrative concepts, space planning, and material palettes tailored to premium client briefs.
Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for luxury residences, boutique commercial spaces, hospitality, or corporate environments, ensuring high standards of quality, timeline adherence, and budget alignment.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for residential clients and corporate stakeholders, building trusted, consultative relationships.
Technical Documentation: Direct and oversee the production of comprehensive design drawing packages, including construction documents, millwork details, reflected ceiling plans, and MEP coordination drawings.
FF&E Selection & Procurement: Curate, source, and specify custom furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and textiles, managing vendor and artisan relationships for bespoke fabrication.
Site Supervision & Execution: Conduct site visits, oversee contractor execution, manage trade relationships, and ensure design integrity during construction through final styling and handover.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering a creative and collaborative studio culture.
Experience: 6 - 10+ years of professional interior design experience, with a proven portfolio featuring high-end residential and/or luxury commercial spaces.
Education: Studies in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape/V-Ray (or equivalent rendering software).
Material & Construction Knowledge: Deep understanding of custom millwork, luxury materials, architectural details, lighting design, and construction methods.
Communication & Management: Outstanding presentation, client-facing, and project management capabilities.
