Job summary

10 Design, part of Egis Group, seeks an Associate Director to lead design excellence and act as the primary client contact for architectural projects. The role oversees the architecture team, coordinates with all disciplines, and delivers high-quality retail environments on time and within budget.

Experience in retail-led and mixed-use developments across Asia and internationally is essential, with a forward-thinking approach to evolving retail trends.

Qualifications

• Degree educated – RIBA Parts 1, 2 and 3 or equivalent.
• Registered architect – ARB or equivalent.
• RIBA or equivalent membership preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement design philosophy and vision for the Company.
• Ensure high-quality design across the organization.
• Lead design discussions and provide design direction.
• Identify retail trends and guide projects across Asia and beyond.
• Develop and manage client relationships and new business opportunities.
• Oversee team performance and training plans.
• Promote profitability and efficient resourcing.
