Job summary

GIL (HK) Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Corporate Services & Compliance Systems. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable business rules for the development team and act as the source of truth for compliance-related workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Hong Kong, BVI, and Cayman Islands to ensure the new system handles corporate lifecycle events, AML/KYC, and filing obligations, while defining acceptance criteria

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.
5+ years of progressive experience in the TCSP industry in Hong Kong.
1-2 years of demonstrable experience defining business requirements for a core operational system (e.g., Viewpoint, CSA, KYC360).
Deep understanding of corporate lifecycle for HK, BVI, and Cayman Islands entities.
Familiarity with Economic Substance, AML/KYC, and statutory filings in these jurisdictions.
Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

Define and interpret compliance rules for regulatory requirements across Hong Kong, BVI, and Cayman Islands.
Translate regulatory needs into precise business rules, data requirements, and workflows for system implementation.
Define acceptance criteria for UAT and lead final validation from a business perspective.
Collaborate with business and tech teams as liaison to ensure compliance in system design.
