Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for the Fund Operations team in Hong Kong. You will lead requirements gathering, work with Post Trade / Middle Back Office equity applications, and coordinate with IT and Operations to deliver regulatory-compliant solutions.

The role focuses on HKMA and SFC regulatory changes, extended trading hours impacts, and strong stakeholder communication to translate complex issues into actionable business solutions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or higher in IT or related fields.
• 10–15 years IT industry experience, with minimum 5 years in Investment Banking.
• Experience with Post Trade / Middle Back Office Equity applications.
• Knowledge of HKMA and SFC regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate complex issues for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for APAC with HK focus.
• Engage IT teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery of Post Trade projects.
• Collaborate with Front Office IT and Finance IT to plan system changes.
• Support strategic change projects and PM practices.
• Work with Operations to gather requirements impacting Middle & Back Office.
• Participate in functional solutions for Post Trade applications.
