Job summary

GIL Global, a TCSP, seeks a compliance and business expert to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable business rules for our next-generation core operating system. You will own the compliance rule book, define acceptance criteria for UAT, and collaborate with UX and development teams to ensure regulatory alignment across Hong Kong, BVI, and the Cayman Islands.

Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, with 5+ years in TCSP and 1–2 years shaping business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in TCSP or related financial services in Hong Kong.
• 1–2 years defining business requirements for a core operational system (e.g., Viewpoint, CSA, KYC360).

Responsibilities

• Define and translate regulatory requirements into precise compliance rules and data/workflows.
• Support business requirements and guide the development team during sprint planning, defining UAT criteria.
• Act as liaison between HK business/compliance and the technical team, monitoring regulatory changes.
