Job summary

Macdonald & Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead co-living renovation, refurbishment, conversion and A&A projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement and risk across the lifecycle, coordinating architects, consultants, contractors, operators and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Building Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, PM, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record in construction, renovation, fit-out, conversion, and A&A works.
• Experience delivering residential, co-living, serviced apartment, hotel, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management, tendering, contract administration, and cost control.
• Familiar with Hong Kong building regulations, approval procedures, and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MHKIS, MCIOB, PMP, or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of co-living renovation, refurbishment, conversion, and A&A projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, operators, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee design development, tendering, contract administration, construction, and fit-out works.
• Ensure projects comply with statutory requirements, building regulations, and safety standards.
• Drive project delivery in terms of quality, cost, and programme performance.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues.
• Liaise with landlords, investors, operators, and senior management on project strategy and execution.
• Manage project handover, defect rectification, and operational transition.
