Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced professional to lead and supervise interior renovation projects for office premises in Hong Kong and Macau. You will coordinate with landlords, building management, tenants, and internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery, quality, safety, and customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes end‑to‑end project ownership, cost control, and collaboration to enhance the customer journey and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• University graduates preferably in Engineering, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or equivalents.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experiences.
• Good command of English & Chinese.
• The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out and renovation projects, including design development, tendering, construction, testing, commissioning, defect rectification and handover.
• Cost and Contract Management: monitor expenditures, evaluate variances and claims, prepare cost analyses, and manage budgets and contracts across the project lifecycle.
