Job summary

AIA in Hong Kong and Macau seeks an experienced professional to oversee interior fit-out and renovation projects for office premises. You will coordinate with landlords, building management, tenants, and authorities, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety and operations.

The role emphasizes cost and contract management, tendering, variations, final accounts, and value-driven procurement.

Qualifications

University graduates preferably in Engineering, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or equivalents
Minimum 5 years relevant experiences
Good command of English & Chinese
Mature, well-organized, detailed-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
Good communication, negotiation and co-ordination skills
Knowledge in project management in interior renovation projects
PC skills in office operating software (ie. Autocad, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc)
The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.

Responsibilities

Project Management (50%) Manage and support the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out and renovation projects, overseeing design development, tendering, construction, implementation, testing and commissioning, defect rectification, and project handover, covering building works, MEP services, furniture, telecommunications, security systems, and related infrastructure.
Cost and Contract Management (50%) Manage contract administration and commercial aspects of projects, including monitoring project expenditures, evaluating variations and claims, reviewing payment applications, negotiating commercial terms, and administering final account settlements.
