Job summary

Henderson Land Development Co. Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a capable project professional to manage leasing property handovers and oversee A&A works.

The role includes feasibility studies, cost estimation, tendering and site supervision for alterations and improvements. The candidate will advise on subdivision and improvement works, coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors and authorities, plan budgets, monitor schedules and costs, and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout

Qualifications

• Degree in Building / Surveying / E&M Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience.
• Basic knowledge in local regulations of building and licence requirements for F&B, PPE, school, etc. is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle handover or takeover of leasing properties.
• Conduct feasibility study, cost estimation, tendering and site work supervision for alterations/improvements of leasing properties.
• Provide technical advice on subdivision and improvement works.
• Liaise with internal and external parties including consultants, architects, contractors and government authorities on renovation and A&A projects independently.
• Plan budget, control the project program and cost.
• Keep proper records of all documents including tendering and drawings.
