Job summary

3cRGH is hiring a Development Project Manager in Hong Kong to oversee three redevelopment projects, including student hostel and senior living renovations, with work starting in September. You will lead design, planning, and construction, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver successful outcomes.

The role requires a civil engineering-related degree and at least 5 years in project management, with strong knowledge of codes and regulations and fluency in Cantonese,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, MEOR or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in redevelopment works.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design and execution of AA/Rejuvenation works projects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress.
• Communicate project updates and progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and partners.
• Provide leadership and direction to the project team including architects, engineers and contractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
