Job summary

ST Engineering Advanced Networks & Sensors Pte Ltd seeks a senior CMS Architect to lead architecture, design, and governance of enterprise CMS/contact centre platforms. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in contact centre or customer engagement platforms with architecture or leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in enterprise CMS/contact centre platforms such as Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage.
• Experience in solution architecture, system integration, platform upgrades, cloud migration, and large-scale transformation projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of SIP/VoIP, CTI, IVR, APIs, SDK development, databases, virtualization, and enterprise application integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and technical governance of enterprise CMS/contact centre platforms.
• Define and implement system integrations with CRM, telephony, recording, analytics, databases, and other enterprise applications.
• Drive CMS platform deployment, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives across on‑premise and cloud environments.
• Serve as the technical lead for solution design, capacity planning, high availability, disaster recovery, and operational readiness.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support for complex system and integration issues.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct technical workshops, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Support tender bids, technical proposals, project planning, implementation governance, and vendor management activities.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and analytics, to enhance CMS capabilities and operational efficiency.
