Job summary

Continuous Technologies International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a technically strong System Engineer with hands-on experience in Contact Center platforms and cloud/DevOps technologies. You will support deployment, integration, and delivery of enterprise‑grade CX solutions across voice, routing, cloud, and containerized applications.

The role collaborates closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and clients to ensure smooth system rollout and high‑quality support.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT, EE, CS or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, system integration, or related areas.
Knowledge of contact center, voice, or enterprise communication technologies is an advantage.
Familiarity with Azure / AWS cloud platforms.
Basic understanding of IP networking and Windows/Linux server environments.

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing and integrating contact center / communication solutions
Participate in system setup, configuration, and functional testing
Support troubleshooting across application, voice, network, and server environments
Work on cloud-related tasks including: Basic deployment, configuration, or administration on Azure or AWS
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal project teams
Provide post-implementation support and handover
