• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, solution architecture, systems engineering, consulting, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand objectives, priorities, and initiatives.
• Design and architect technology solutions aligned with requirements and outcomes.
• Provide pre-sales support including solution design, presentations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal specialists, engineering teams, and partners on integrated solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions and solutioning workshops with customers and stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Consulting Systems Engineer to join a high-performing team focused on helping enterprise organizations accelerate their digital transformation journeys. This is an exciting opportunity to work with large-scale customers, industry-leading technologies, and cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that address complex business and technical challenges.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will collaborate with sales, business, and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, develop solution strategies, and deliver compelling technical engagements across a broad technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand business objectives, technical priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Design and architect technology solutions aligned with customer requirements and desired outcomes.
• Provide technical pre-sales support including solution design, presentations, workshops, proposals, and architectural recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal specialists, engineering teams, and technology partners to develop integrated solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions and solutioning workshops with customers and stakeholders.
• Support business case development, technology roadmaps, total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, and solution justification.
• Develop technical documentation including solution designs, statements of work, and response materials for customer opportunities.
• Ensure seamless alignment between pre-sales activities and post-sales delivery teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technology partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide strategic guidance and thought leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, solution architecture, systems engineering, consulting, or related technical roles.
• Strong expertise across multiple technology domains such as:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working in customer-facing environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CCIE, CISSP, TOGAF, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies, containers, Kubernetes, automation, AI, and modern infrastructure platforms.
• Background in solution architecture, digital transformation consulting, or enterprise technology advisory services
