Job summary

Springer Professional Group Limited is seeking a seasoned IT delivery leader to own end-to-end project delivery for enterprise and government clients, defining objectives, budgets, and detailed plans while ensuring client acceptance and satisfaction.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, mobilize internal and ecosystem resources, and drive service improvements to enhance delivery quality and outcomes with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing large IT delivery projects for enterprise or government clients.
• Proven track record coordinating teams of 20+ members.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder governance and delivery through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed delivery plans and manage budgets/cost variances.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and vendors for delivery.
• Ensure client acceptance and overall satisfaction.
• Lead risk/issues management and escalation.
• Handover to operations with knowledge transfer and O&M setup.
