Job summary

Alibaba Cloud in Hong Kong seeks a Project Delivery & Fulfillment leader to own end-to-end delivery for complex IT projects across enterprise and government clients. You will coordinate in-house teams and ecosystem partners, develop detailed plans, manage budgets, and secure client acceptance while ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise IT delivery project management experience.
• Experience leading large teams and complex multi-project programs.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders, budgets and risks.
• Proven track record delivering on-time, high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Primary accountable party for project delivery and fulfillment management.
• Plan and manage the full lifecycle of delivery projects, with cost control.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Oversee pre-sales support, define client service requirements and SOWs.
• Coordinate post-delivery O&M and renewal activities with clients.
• Organize ecosystem partners to deliver projects and assess partner performance.
• Drive knowledge sharing and process improvements across PMO.
