We are seeking a seasoned Delivery System & Technical Expert to design, build, and scale our B2B delivery operations while driving technical excellence across enterprise projects. In this role, you will define delivery architectures, optimize implementation workflows through tooling and automation, and mentor teams to ensure high-impact technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Delivery Architecture: Standardize and establish our enterprise (ToB) delivery system, framework, and operational workflows; oversee implementation standards and lead delivery organization for standardized products.
• Lead Technical Implementation: Mobilize and coordinate cross-functional technical experts to design, validate, and execute end-to‑end product delivery strategies.
• Drive Tooling & Automation: Champion the development of delivery‑efficiency tools, leveraging technology to continuously optimize workflows and boost team performance.
• Provide Escalation & Technical Support: Serve as the core technical expert for major enterprise projects, validating critical architectural details and mentoring teams in real‑world deployments.
• Bridge Product & Market Insights: Gather frontline customer insights to partner closely with Product Management, feeding field feedback back into the roadmap to refine our security product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical delivery, solutions architecture, or system integration.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Delivery & Project Management: Deep understanding of enterprise software/hardware delivery frameworks; proven track record in project management, delivery planning, timeline control, and risk mitigation.
• Networking & Security Infrastructure: Hands‑on expertise with key network and security hardware (switches, routers, security gateways, firewalls, VPNs, bastion hosts).
• Architecture & Networking: Solid experience in security architecture design and O&M; strong grasp of cloud computing frameworks with the ability to design and deploy complex traditional/cloud networking solutions.
• Systems & Cloud‑Native: Proficient in Linux administration, mainstream middleware (MySQL, Redis, MQ, etc.), and Kubernetes container orchestration; strong troubleshooting and issue‑resolution capabilities.
• System Integration & Certifications: Practical experience in DICT and enterprise IT system integration. Certifications such as HCIE (Datacom), PMP, Network Engineer, CISP, CISSP, or CISA are strongly preferred.
• Security Strategy & Solutions: Familiar with industry security compliance standards, defense tactics, and attack/defense methodologies; demonstrated ability to architect solutions for large‑scale enterprise IT systems.
• Industry Experience: Proven track record delivering high-profile projects for key verticals (Government, Healthcare, Education, Finance, or Judiciary/Public Safety).
• AI & Innovation: Familiarity with AI‑assisted workflows and application analysis; strong desire to explore AI implementation within delivery scenarios. Hands‑on experience with AI project integration is a strong plus.
