Job Description:
Serve as the primary accountable party for end-to-end project delivery—defining objectives, managing budgets, minimizing cost variances, developing detailed delivery plans, securing client acceptance, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Identify and analyze project risks/issues, establish effective communication mechanisms, mobilize internal and ecosystem resources (including senior escalation), and lead resolution of critical problems through to closure.
Support pre‑sales by defining service scope, conducting deliverability reviews, assessing delivery costs, reviewing contracts, aligning cross‑functional stakeholders (BD, SA, PDSA, TM, TAM, product/engineering), and producing high‑quality, fulfillable SOWs.
Facilitate smooth handover from delivery to operations (knowledge transfer, O&M framework setup), safeguard service quality and resourcing, and drive renewal of O&M service contracts.
Manage external MSPs throughout delivery—coordinating acceptance, settlement, and quality assessments—while also gathering client feedback to drive product/service/PMO improvements and standardize delivery solutions for greater efficiency.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex IT delivery projects for enterprise (B2B) and government (B2G) clients, with a proven track record of concurrently handling multiple projects and leading teams of 20+ members. PMP or equivalent certification required.
Deep hands‑on expertise in enterprise/government project governance—capable of proactively anticipating and mitigating risks, assessing scope changes, and effectively coordinating internal and external resources, costs, and quality across the full project lifecycle.
Able to lead implementation and delivery of complex projects by quickly defining scope, phased plans, and key milestones for multiple sub‑teams in ambiguous or evolving settings, and driving execution to achieve objectives.
Strong ability to interpret external requirements from clients, ISVs, and regulatory bodies, align goals with internal cross‑functional teams, and communicate effectively to ensure all parties work toward shared project objectives.
Oversee joint ecosystem solution development and delivery plan design during pre‑sales, leverage ecosystem partners to optimize delivery schedules, and maintain a strong service orientation—committed to resolving client issues, helping them overcome challenges, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
