Job summary

Classy Wheeler Limited in Hong Kong seeks a (Senior) Cloud Account Manager - Business Development to drive cloud solutions sales across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and B2B services.

You will manage the full sales cycle, advise on selecting cloud platforms, maintain client relationships, forecast pipelines, and collaborate with solution architects and partners to close strategic deals.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B ICT/telecom/partner experience.
• Experience selling Microsoft Cloud, AI, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, data or managed services.
• Proven sales track record with corporate IT clients.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
• Richer experience may lead to Senior Cloud Account Manager, Team Lead, or Manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Explore and identify new B2B opportunities to expand client portfolio across cloud and technology solutions.
• Advise corporate customers on cloud solutions, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle and collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects to design customized cloud solutions.
• Maintain regular reviews with existing clients to ensure success, satisfaction, and retention.
• Develop, forecast, and report sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Partner with ecosystem partners to drive strategic sales cycles and participate in marketing initiatives.
