You will oversee GCNA regional staff, shape client profiles, and collaborate with Global Markets and Coverage Bankers to deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Operations Client Relationship Management / Client Services.
• Experience in Markets Operations and people management.
• Stakeholder engagement and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class operational relationship management to Markets clients.
• Profile clients with Global Markets and Coverage Bankers.
• Support Sales teams to pitch products and cross-sell.
• Oversee staff within GCNA region and coach teams.
