Job summary

Manulife Hong Kong is seeking a capable client services professional to support the Partnership Development Team in client and product related activities. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders across functions to ensure effective sales strategy and collaterals delivery.

You will provide sales support to Client Advisors, prepare materials for pitches, assist with RFPs/RFIs, and help onboard product documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of client services or sales support experience in Asset Management or Financial Institutions.
• Excellent English and Cantonese communication skills (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of Asset Management investment products and business nuances.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
• Solid interpersonal skills for servicing and relationship deepening.
• Knowledge of Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg or Salesforce is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as required by events.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to Client Advisors on managing client inquiries.
• Prepare materials for client pitches and work with Client Advisors on customized solutions.
• Be responsible for RFP & RFQ preparation.
• Collaborate with RSF, CPM, Investment, Product Development, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, and Operations to onboard product documentation.
• Coordinate end-to-end client functions including meetings, calls, events, and presentations.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure product content and marketing materials are effective.
• Provide comprehensive customer services including KYC reviews, DDQ preparation, and onboarding.
