Job summary

Tiffany & Co. of New York Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service to a discerning clientele.

You will build lasting relationships through proactive clienteling, maintain accurate client data, and contribute to hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets in a luxury retail environment. Put relationships first, utilise the Client Book system for timely communications, and uphold visual merchandising and security standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Pleasant, self-motivated, energetic with good interpersonal skills and attentive to details.
• Fluent in Cantonese & Mandarin. English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales plans.

• Engage with all customers to ensure delivery of exceptional service.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales plan.

Strengthen and develop relationships with existing clients.

Consistently and accurately capture all client data in support ofbuildingand developing lasting client relationships and to obtain client feedback.

Service Excellence& Clienteling

Engage with all customers to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.

Develop and maximize customer base through client registry and other sales tools to achieve annual sales target.

Utilize Client Book system to proactively communicate on important occasions and events.

Store Operations

Assist in stock take

Perform activities to assist in completing monthly audit checklist

Ensure store is properly maintained

Corporate Standards and Directives

Ensure all sales activity complies with corporate brand standards and directives, including Product Presentation and Visual Merchandising.

Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and to protect our assets through appropriate care and handling of merchandise.

Requirements

Minimum2-3years ofluxuryretail sales experience.

Pleasant, self-motivated, energetic with good interpersonal skills and attentive to details.

Fluent in Cantonese & Mandarin. Good command of English is an advantage
