Responsibilities
- Assist Project Coordinator in service planning and development.
- Coordinate, plan and oversee the centre’s health promotion, education and chronic disease management programs.
- Assist Project Coordinator to lead the nursing team.
- Monitor and oversee the clinical standards of services delivered by staff.
- Engage service partners to develop a primary health care resource hub.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent; holder of a valid RN practicing certificate by NCHK; completed post‑registration course in Primary Health Care, Women’s Health, Elderly Health, or other related fields.
- Possesses 10 years or more of clinical experience in nursing.
- Experience in Management and Training in Risk Assessment Management Program (RAMP) or Public Private Partnership (PPP) Program preferable.
- Mature, independent with good planning and organizing skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
