Job summary

CareAge Health Center in Sham Shui Po is seeking Registered Nurses for full-time or part-time roles to provide comprehensive elder care services within the community. You will coordinate health projects, conduct health assessments and promote wellness for community-dwelling seniors.

Requirements include a valid RN (General) certificate, a Bachelor of Nursing or above, and at least 2 years of post-registration geriatric experience. Good communication and computer literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Holder of valid Registered Nurse (General) practising certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
• Bachelor of Nursing or above.
• Minimum 2 years of aggregate post registration experience as Registered Nurse with geriatric care in hospital / in community settings (e.g.: CNS, DHC, NGOs, etc.). Experience in dementia care or eye care would be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; Mature and independent.
• Good computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health project(s) in the CareAge Health Center (Sham Shui Po).
• Implement health promotion, health screening, comprehensive health assessments, individualized health management and coach, to the community dwelling elderly.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
