Job summary

Haven of Hope Christian Service is seeking a Dietitian to deliver dietetic services to the elderly under home care programs, including assessments, education for carers, and menu planning.

The post requires active participation in a multidisciplinary team, contributing to care plans and service planning, and offering education and coaching to staff to enhance care quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Dietetics with internship and on list of Hong Kong Academy of Accredited Dietitian.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in patient care related practice in dietetic service.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, mature and independent; possess good computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide dietetic services to the elderly in home care services, including home visits, direct assessment, carer education and coordinating workshops, programs and menu modification.
• Act as an active member of the multi-disciplinary team, providing professional inputs in care plan formulation.

Requirements:
