WeLab is seeking a detail-oriented Card Operations professional in Hong Kong to support daily card settlement, reconciliation, and fraud handling within a fast-moving digital banking environment.

The role focuses on card scheme settlements, dispute support, risk management, and process improvements while adhering to regulatory and privacy standards. Fresh graduates may be considered for junior levels.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in card operations.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or workflow enhancement solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Card Settlement Operations: support daily card operations and settlement activities.
• Chargeback, Dispute & Fraud handling: assist with chargeback cases and fraud alerts.
• Reconciliation and reporting: prepare reports and identify discrepancies with proper documentation.
• Compliance & Risk Management: follow banking regulations and data privacy standards.
• Process Improvement: identify ways to streamline processes and reduce manual work.
